Common Interest in Music Leads to Opportunity to Share the Gospel
Mike enjoys music and playing his guitar. During the week, Mike had the opportunity to play popular music on his guitar for "a name that tune game." In one of the schools, Miek met Oliver. Oliver had a Pink Floyd shirt on and Mike approached him in the hallway because Mike had an interest in the group's music.
Oliver was in the next classroom that Mike's group spoke to. Mike had got to know Oliver a little bit more. But he forgot to invite Oliver to an outreach on Friday or invite him to meet later at Burger King. But Mike saw God's providence in that Oliver and his friends ended up coming to the same Burger King after school. Mike had the opportunity to tell Oliver about the Battle of the Bands and share a quick overview of the gospel after going through a spiritual interest survey.
